Adult literacy classes are developed with the whole person in mind. Our classes are based on life and work skills that will support the integration into society. Our overall goal is that all residents have the the resources needed to integrate into society and in order to meet the goal we offer the following classes:

• Math literacy- level 1 and 2
  
• Reading literacy- level 1 and 2
  
• Financial literacy- sponsored through APGFCU
  
• Technology literacy- level 1 and 2
  
• Civics- this is a class that is focused on the English skills and civic knowledge in order to pass the citizenship test. We see the member all the way through the process.

The level 2 literacy classes are developed to support the members with academic goals to continue their education at the college, or technical school level. The math and reading level 2 classes are followed by a High School Equivalency program or support in the community college's credit and non credit programs.
